If you have your heart set on programming the AMD 8751H part please let me know by email. I have a Bytek Chip Burner Universal Programer. If you mail me the part, with return postage, and a diskette with either a binary program image file or an Intel Hex image file I will program the part for you. It would be handy if the part was erased beforehand, but I can also erase it too if needed.
