#44838 - RE: Quick Pulse EPROM Programming (8051) Responding to: ???'s previous message |
This looks like the same 8751H as I have (of which I got about 125 units for free). Works great, except that yes, it does get quite hot, and draws close to 200 mA or so. As for programming, I use the PB10 from Needham's Electronics (http://www.needhams.com). They no longer make the PB10. but there are other compatible models, and they do mention "quick pulse" programming in their specs, but do not elaborate. |
