For package adaptors, try Winslow Adaptics, Aries, Emulation Technology,

I have already looked at the Winslow and Aries websites. Emulation Technology doesn't seem to have any either - not in the low-cost price range anyway...

RS & Farnell stock some.

Yes, they have lots of PLCC and SOIC adapters - looks like TQFP adpters are harder to come by.

So I guess I'll have to draw an adapter PCB myself.
