Thanks very much for the offer! But I have made an attempt myself. You can see the result here: Attempt

Does it look ok? It's rendered in 300dpi. I have to render it in 600dpi to make the shorts disappear. But I get no DRC errors, so I think the Gerber files will be ok.

Would it be a good idea to include a 100n power decoupling cap on the adapter?
