Have you looked at the Roth Elektronik SMD Labcard (RS 234-7525) and SMD Multicard? (RS 254-0106) They also do 1.27mm-pitch matrix boards - dunno if that's fine enough for you? eg, RS 206-5812 I have seen those products, but as I already have a PCB with a DIL socket, a 1-to-1 adapter is what I need.
