I have used this site to order the ISD5116 chips that I am using in my project...you put in your location and it points you towards a vendor in your area.

If you read my post you'll see that's exactly what I've done ;-)

The problem is that the vendor in my area doesn't stock any chips, so I have to order them by the hundreds. That's why I'm asking for the name of a place that actually stocks the chips...
