This will test the bring em back option ,and allow me to add a comment to a thread that I missed. I have sybex microcontroller book on the 8085 that has schematics for at least two and I think three diferent floppy controllers S100 buss based , but even they used a dedicated micro plus acres of linear circuits loaded with trim pots. It realy looked like some poor engineering team was saying "perhaps if I Just tweak this we can ship it" And to think we thought life was good then. Terry
