Hi people,

I'm looking for a microcontroller for an automotive application including at least :
- FLASH for code
- RAM
- EEPROM for data storage
- ADC 10 or 8 bits
- PWM

By looking at different manufacturers, I havn't seen any chip corresponding to these criterions.
I'm a bit surprised as this is often the minimum required for an automotive embedded application and probably in many embedded application.

Very few chips have EEPROM. Is there any reason why ?
Do you know a chip corresponding to my criterions ?
