If you want to learn C as applicable to the 8-Bit MCUs then go here and download the two PDFs that are free :

Once there, look for the PDFs called PES I and PES II . These are the ones you are looking for - Programming Embedded Systems in C .

Please note that these are NOT tutorials on ANSI/ISO C - for that you will have to refer to any standard text book by K&R.
