#47788 - RE: Is an evaluation board necessary?? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hallo Iyer,
I would suggest you just to spring into water {grin}. Think about an application, something you have been highly interested in the last weeks and just begin to develop. At the very beginning only something small, of course. Even if there are failures and mistakes, you will learn more than from admiring a nice routed evaluation board. The really important traps in designing digital applications you will not learn from evaluation board. Here you get a well designed product, you cannot make mistakes with. It's better to fabricate something by your own and have a real deep look with a good oscilloscpe than fumbling with a ready evaluation board. That's my highly subjective opinion. People from Apollo program learned more from failed rocket launches than from successes. And if there is some problem with your application come to us and tell about. We will surely find a solution... Good luck and much pleasure, Kai |
