I have been able to eliminate the PPI from the equation, I can get the LED's to o/p the expected result but, as soon as I add the delay routine it will not work. Yes the problem with the LED's flashing too quick to see is a problem but, I was able to trace the waveforms on the scope, without a problem. Any other ideas???
