None, I was just wondering what data I was supposed to read after setting the lock bits. All ones, all zeros random data etc.
While some derivatives may, indeed, show an empty flash when locked, I just had a look at a datasheet and there was NO information as to what the data would be when reading a locked device. Thus I would not rely on any particular data being read from a locked device. Since the data sheet does not say, the manufacturer is free to change it at any time. I tend to recall that a device I worked with long ago (do not ask which) returned the LSb of the address when locked. Erik |
