And I could imagine the pain and agony if you got 'assigned' a 'timekeeper' that you really didn't get on with, and he kept bugging you about coding faster.

I can just picture it now;

Annoying timekeeper: 'You're working too slow!!, and thats CERTAINLY NOT the way I would solve that problem..!'
