Thanks for replying me.

Intersil CA3162 would not work for my case. As I need some data manupulation after A/D conversion. I also need to Code-Control for user interface, which I did not discussed on the forum because that I can do my self. Since I do not have experience in A to D conversion, therefore I needed some help.

I thought to use an integrated A/D with 8051 derivative combined in one chip. Later on I changed my mind and now plan to use a seperate A/D chip with 8 or 10 bit resolution and connect digital output from A/D converter to regular 89Cxx processor.

If you know some good A/D converter so please let me know.

By the way how much Intersil CA3162 costs??
