Hi,

for a customer I've programmed a ADuC842-based data-logger (1-Cycle CPU with 12 Bit-A/D) with 128 MB Flash. It is used for geophysical transient recording.
I've written the software in C , recording about 30 kB/sec in a 128 MB Flash from Toshiba NAND-Flash. I managed the used sectors with the ADuC's internal 4kB Flash, the sectors itself are cross-linked. See:
