This may not be a directly related to this forum, but as everybody knows that at this forum many experienced and gurus are present.
I want to know from Gurus, that what are the criteria for quoting any industrial/commercial project, to the clients.

In real life many of novice will have to go through this. And this is an important aspect of any professional practice.

Input to this subject will be a potential guidelines to many, like me.
