If you are concerned about noise, why do you not use one of the many sensors with digital output (Sensiron, Dallas, National and more). You will find most of those very imprecise, but excellent in reproductivity and whether you use an analog or digutal sensor you will need to calibrate. I do not know your analog sensor, but I guess that as well is "very imprecise, but excellent in reproductivity"
