Since, the distance is not much (about 1 m) you can use a good quality shield cable (2 core + shield), connecting the shield to the gnd on the instrument end. If the core is twisted, it is still better. As an additional measure you can add a RC (10E + 1...10uF) network at the output of LM335 and also will kill any oscillation. Make sure you have a buffer between LM335 and ADC to avoid loading.

BTW, are you into laboratory instrumentation.
