if fed to a differential input Single ended applications will also profit from twisted pair. With poor signal routing magnetic stray fields (hum) will intersect a much larger area, than when using twisted pair. Induced voltage in the signal wires is almost zero with twisted pair. Not only because intersected area is much smaller, but also because there are many small terms of sum which will vanish because of opposite signs (result of twisting!). ![]() Kai |
