As far as I can recall from the time that I have been involved in making a diesel engine simulator, there are quite a number of readily available models for all kinds of engines including gas turbines. If you have access to a good technical library it's just a matter of digging through literature. The question is, however, if a useable model is available to simulate the load under all conditions that might occur in real life.
