Mahmood. oh wow an untested design. well build a scatter shield around it. Put a manual fuel shut off on it in addition to the overspeed safety I mentioned in my last post hook up the controls and bring the speed up using the external fuel shut off untill you confirm that the throttle will control the turbine. Apply your governor and see how it works , but keep close to the manual shut off untill its stabillity and response to throttle are confirmed correct or you will discover if the scatter shield design was correct or not. what is the approximate design output of this turbine? lol Terry
