Intel provided a software product for free called AppBuilder. I have a copy at home, not here. I checked their website and couldn't find it, they may not provide it any more. Maybe it can be added here. Someone should let me know if it's possible to do this. Since it was free and intended to be freely distributed there shouldn't be a problem but I'm not a lawyer or the owner of this site.
