Unfortunately the ApBuilder download site was removed from the Intel web pages. It is still available in project builder, but that isn't free.
That is a shame.

ApBuilder is just a development tool.
I keep a screwdriver in my tool box but never try to use it to remove a bolt. I use a wrench for a bolt and a screwdriver for a screw. The screwdriver still has great value though it will not remove a bolt. :-)
