Can't find a CD4097 PLL.
The 4046 is an easy to use PLL, but you have to be sure to get one that works up to your frequency. The old standard CMOS part worked to a little over 1 MHz, but modern ones like the Philips 74HCT4046 work at 17 MHz. |
