I think the pic has a few conditional jump instructions, although these could be considered more primitive than the 8051 ones...
From the link you posted, pages 39-41

     DECFSZ Decrement f, Skip if 0
     INCFSZ Increment f, Skip if 0
     GOTO Unconditional Branch
     BTFSC Bit Test, Skip if Clear
     BTFSS Bit Test f, Skip if Set

I think the above (alone or combined) could be referred to as conditional jump instructions.
