Yeah, we did. But it needs to regulate about 1 AMP and the guy I'm designing this for has about 40,000 of these parts already in stock...so he wants to use them. Just one of those things.

But I'm still confused here. The NDT453N, even at just 3.3 gate volts should be conducting far more should it not?

Sorry, just trying to learn why exactly it is that I'm seeing what I am seeing.
