#59918 - RE: Power MOSFET interfaced to P89LPC932 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The power mosfet (NDT453N) already has a VGS threshold of a maximum of 3 volts. So why would I need to drive the gate with a device with a slightly lower (2.5v) threshold voltage?
I'm sure I am missing something here. I'm pretty new to electronics in general so I'm just trying to understand before I actually go out and try it. Thanks VERY much Steve |
