Well I am running shor of code memory (program uses 11980 bytes) and I think also a data memory because I noticed strange behaviour - some variables had odd values. I suspect stack overwritev variable? Switching from 12k to 32k will give me enough space for MOVX commands. Timing is not crucial so I will put majority of variables into PDATA.
