Actualy I mean the PLC programming/learning is very easy as compare to 8051. Yes you are right the term "8051" is replaced by EMBEDDED. But the situtation here in Bombay is far different compare to your city. Most of the companys are shut down. And there very very less advert. for 8051. If you see wednesday TIMES for JOB you will see only one or two advert. and also they want atleast two year exp. And some company also started using PIC. Unfortunatly in my local electronics market there is not a single book on PIC.
