Hallo Michael,
your picture is very impressive! Sometimes, when speed is not an issue I use so called digital transistors like BCR133 in SOT-23 package. This transistor already contains two resistors at the base. Then only one external 0603 collector resistor is needed to provide the transistor inverter. Kai |
