The MIRSA C guidelines are not a free downloadable document. It is necessary to contact the MIRSA project manager to obtain a copy. If you go to the MIRSA web site it is possible to download a sample view of the document as a PDF file that includes the table of contents and some sample pages of the guidelines. But the web site does not offer a free downloadable copy.

What this means is that anyone who has a legitimate or an illegitimate copy of the guidelines and proceeds to send it or make it available to somebody else is violating the copyright protections for the document and its authors.

MIRSA has also available a series of clarification reports and a survey results document. These are also available only through the MIRSA project manager.

Lastly I must say that I did not observe any registration screen or registration access point on the MIRSA web site that appears broken!!
