I´m working on a project to use in a car, that controls breaks, lights, horn, etc...
1) is "breaks" brakes?
2) Anything automotive that require MISRA should be a large enough volume to afford paying for the standard. If it is not, and indeed "breaks" are brakes, I suggest you stay away from it. Designing anything that control brakes on a limited budget will probably end you in jail for manslaughter.
