One component has atleast two solder pads. Not all of them 100% defect free all the time
If you do not get 99.999% find someone else to solder your boards. A decent and correctly maintained flowsolder on a precisely soldermasked baord will not show any future problems. If you look at the failure curve for well designed, well manufactured electronic equipment you will see that after a few hours the failure rate is virtually zero for the remainder of the the products life.
