Thanks Eric and Andrew for your valuable feedback. I have an RC reset configuration. What I have found now is that if I reset the RD2XX chip manually, it goes in to ISP mode and gets connected to Flash Magic. Now very first thing that I am going to do is install backdoor thing of Eric.

This still puzzles me that if my reset configuration is not proper, why should i get my normal code running while I should get in to the bootloader!!
