Now this negative informations spreads arround... And I for myself am heaviliy shocked about your observation! Sony products for me always were the very best designed and fabricated consumer electronic devices. Always two classes better then the rest.

So, what happens now? I have some friends to whom I often discuss such issues. And I can tell you, that I will report about your negative observation, and as consequence, negative information spreads, spreads, spreads and spreads arround.

If I want to buy a notebook now, I would be more prepared to by a none-Sony product.

Companies totally underestimate consequences of negative observation made by a single person or single company. They totally understimate the 'spread arround factor'!
