No, there is no such thing.
You need a 'C' Compiler to compile 'C' source code,
and an Assembler to assemble assembly source code,
and then a Linker to link it all together.
Just like Oleg said!

I suppose the nearest thing is something like Keil's uVision: it knows whether a file is 'C' source, assembler source, a library, etc, etc and automatically uses the correct tool (compiler, assembler, whatever).
It's really not difficult!
