If I may hijack this thread a little....
I have a similar scenario, with the added complication of it being RS-485. Therefore I need to disable the Tx bus driver after the last byte of a packet is sent (the system has a crude packet protocol), which I gather is one bit time AFTER the final TI occurs. So, ... should I just delay one bit time in the ISR or set a timer to do it later? Any thoughts on this? GB |
