You have a pretty elaborate IAP initiating scheme Oleg... do you have to re-program often ? I mostly use either a software jump to the bootloader past the BSB check, or I reset the BSB with software. Pushing the PSEN to ground button is a last resort and is rarely used, so if it doesn't work occasionaly ut's not a problem.
