Hey all. I am looking for an 8051 or 52 derivative that has a few requirements. I need a 5v device with 32 IOs. The amount of ROM is not that big of deal, the program isn't that big but I do need it to be similar to EEPROM (I need it to be re-writtable). Also, I need it to be programmable through a serial connection (In other works, hook it up to a serial port on the back of the PC and upload the program to the uP). Does anyone know if there is a derivative out there like this?
