Which assembler (version no) you are using?

mov c9,#00H
should be
mov 0c9H,#00H

and T2CON is not recognized by most old assemblers (at least those which I use)since these are standard 8051 assemblers and don't recognize the registers of 8052. You can include register definition file or do like this

T2CON EQU 0C9H

Note that most assemblers require a zero ('0') preceeding the first non-numeric digit in hexadecimal numbers. e.g.

45H is correct
F9H is incorrect (should be 0F9H)
