The assembler is thinking that your 01000100 is a base ten number. Of couse that is MUCH larger than the 8 bit number (up to 255 value) that you can stuff into T2CON. If you were trying to write the number in binary notation then you will have to find out how you express binary numbers for your assembler by reading the manual. Some assemblers will work with 01000100B but you need to check for yours.
