#69474 - RE: Cygnal CP2101EK for USB interface Responding to: ???'s previous message |
George:
If you know about the structure of USB architecture than please do not call the CP2101 a "solution" for the original posters question. He was specifically looking for a solution to connect a USB Pen Drive to his 8051 microcontroller and was contemplating the use of the CP2101 for such solution. The CP2101 is not a solution. This has been pointed out multiple times and yet you come along and suggest that the CP2101 and/or some software is a solution. That is why I yelled. I certainly got your attention!! A USB to RS232 converter is TOTALLY useless as regards the original posters desires and yet you keep commenting and providing additional information to the contrary. Michael Karas |
