on the first page it says: NOTE Designing with this device may require extensive support. Before incorporating this device into a design, customers should contact TI or an Authorized TI Distributor. I had, a few months ago to evaluate the effort in coding a USB master and found it extreme. Thus, if anyone need a USB master, I recommend the Cypress $5 chip that in less than a month will have software for USB/SPI available for free.
