I was in hurry so forgoto do add this,
PROS
1. Use SO-8 package DS-275 will be very tiny with this package option.
2. DS-275 doesn't need those four caps which you need with MAX232 thus will reduce your PCB space requirement.
CONS
1. Expesive MAX232 =1.55$ & DS275=2.11$ @ Q=1k
2. Handshaking Not possible since only 1 TTL ->RS232 and 1 RS232-> TTL channel available. MAX232 has 2 each
