SRAM and DRAM and there interface consequence as Xdata memory.
SRAM: as much as a '51 is supposed to handle will cost you ~$2 and be a breeze to use. DRAM: 200 times more than the '51 is supposed to handle will cost you $20, the aspirin to code the interface will cost you $100. Erik |
