Hi,
Your output will depend on what the floating voltage is i.e. the output will go either High or low depending upon the threshold that's specified in the datasheet.
But as you are using a tri-state buffer, I assume you will be putting it in the high impedance state when you need to use the same bus for some other purpose. so you need not worry about the outputs.
