hahaha the microcontroller will not rise and disapear or walk away!!!

The LEDs will be a module in my board. so if i don't want to use them i disconnect the port from the microcontroller. The buffer the uC will not be there and the inputs of the buffer will be floating that was the reason of my very fist question
