software failing problems help
finaly after getting tired of getting my software to work with motors without hanging on AC power i went back where i started that is to my development of circuit on a double side PCB of someother project and breadboard. i noticed that after experimenting on the hardware and software i had devloped a single layer pcb prototype from pcb manufacturer and as the pcb is samples received for new design there is no green masking. The old pcb on which i had developed the circuit with using few tracks and wiring the rest was two sided and green masked. CAN IT BE THE DIFFERENCE as this particuler assembly is working for hours uninterupted now. HOW shoud i proceed with this new pcb Prototype. will green masking and converting pcb design from single to double layer solve the problem?? further do i now need to use reset genrater chip ADM1232 as suggested by someone as additional precaution. also how to find ground loops in my pcb??
ankas
