Good job Stanley.
Your post was not so off topic as other members of this forum such as myself find it of interest. In the past - with DOS and Win95/98 serial comms has not been so much of a problem. Now with Win2K,NT,XP serial comms to 8052 or any other devices has become more difficult. I am learning VB6 in order to continue to be able to communicate with 8052 projects using the serial port and would be greatful to see your final code as an example for me to study.
