From Raisonance's License agreement:
"The maintenance contract is offered to every user of Raisonance products after the standard Warranty Period (typically 1 year) has expired. It is priced on average at 20% the price of the package bought, it lasts one year, and includes:
a) Extended right to email and telephone support for the Contract duration
b) Right to have for free any new update that will be released during the duration of the maintenance contract. "
